Thomas Gray Funeral Services is a family owned and run funeral business based in Ashford, Kent, but can cover all areas of the U.K. offering a complete and personal service 24 hours a day, every day. The telephone will always be answered by either myself, Thomas, or my wife Karen, not someone in a call centre.

Our premises are situated in a quiet pedestrianised area of Ashford, approximately 50 yards from the registrar's office, known locally as The Ashford Gateway, where you will need to go in order to register the death. We have a comfortable reception area and private arranging room. My wife, Karen, will usually be available to greet callers and answer any questions you may have in the first instance. Funeral arrangements can be made here at 11 New Street, between 9-5 weekdays and 9-12 on Saturdays, or at other times by appointment. Alternatively, arrangements can be made in the comfort of your own home at no extra cost. There is free disabled parking (blue badge required) opposite the funeral home and the entrance is easily accessible for the disabled, elderly and infirm with no steps at all to negotiate.

Our Chapel of Rest is now at a new location and is decorated in a warm and peaceful manner. It can be personalised with objects, cards, or photos of your loved one to make the Chapel visit a more comforting and memorable experience. Privacy is guaranteed and the Chapel is available for everyone. Viewing your loved one is by appointment only, but we will always try and accommodate your wishes as best we can.
