Without your help and guidance we would have been lost at this difficult time. Your honesty in telling me what I needed to do was refreshing, you never once tried to push your products on to me. During the arrangements you left every decision to me. The flowers supplied by your sister were beautiful and your gentlemen, Alec, Jeff, Roger and Tony were so polite, clean and tidy.
